We hired him on 12th June 2026 to conduct the annual service on our 2-year-old new build property in L21. Unlike other engineers, he spent a solid 1.5 hours carrying out a highly thorough, proper inspection. He even professionally tested our central heating water quality and found the inhibitor level was at 100, which was only borderline acceptable for a new build. He patiently explained the risks of corrosion, so we gladly took his advice and paid an extra £30 to have the premium ADEY MC1+ Protector injected to safeguard our system. The total cost was incredibly reasonable at £50 for the service plus £30 for the treatment. In stark comparison, when we used British Gas for the first-year service on this same property last year, their engineer rushed through the job in less than 30 minutes just to tick boxes, copy data, and leave without checking anything properly! Jason’s honesty, dedication, and professional expertise are a breath of fresh air. We recently experienced a very stressful and complicated issue with our hot water cylinder causing an abnormal rise in system pressure. Jason was incredibly patient, thorough, and professional, visiting our property multiple times between 17th and 28th June to trace the root cause and diagnose a severe internal cross-flow leakage in our old Kingspan tank. On 10th July, he carried out the full cylinder replacement. He worked tirelessly for 12 hours straight, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, just to ensure that my family could have hot water back as quickly as possible. His workmanship and attention to detail are absolutely flawless, and the final setup is exceptionally neat. Excellent communication and fair pricing throughout. If you need a knowledgeable and reliable Gas Safe engineer, Jason is the absolute best choice.

During our annual boiler service, the engineer found a safety issue and arranged to replace it as soon as possible. He was professional throughout the whole job and explained everything clearly, so I understood what needed to be done. He also tidied up the pipework around the water tank, which was a nice touch. The price was very reasonable, and when the work was finished, everything was left clean and tidy with all the rubbish taken away. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
