Justyna at Koi swim school is not only an exceptional teacher, but her methods and approach are truly amazing. From the very beginning, she has helped our daughter build confidence in the water, and the progress she has made has been incredible to watch. She is patient, kind, and so supportive, both professionally and personally. She has a wonderful way of making every lesson enjoyable while also helping children feel safe, encouraged, and motivated to do their best. Her dedication, passion, and commitment to being such a brilliant teacher are genuinely inspiring. It is clear how much care and effort she puts into every child she teaches, and we are so grateful for the positive impact she has had on our daughter. I was recommended Koi swimming school by a friend who spoke very highly of them and the enjoyment her children experienced when learning there. Justyna has taught my daughter from complete beginner to confident swimmer. Her gentle and tailored approach when interacting with the children is consistent and encouraging. Koi swim school is amazing! Justyna and her team are wonderful, caring teachers. My daughter is incredibly shy and was very anxious when she started her swimming lessons. The instructors deliver consistent, high-quality lessons where the progress students make in just 30 minutes is absolutely incredible. Furthermore, the owner is an exceptional coach and role model. She uses a holistic teaching approach that allows every student to thrive, while constantly listening to parental feedback and deeply caring for the community. My daughters have thrived here since starting and make an incredible amount of progress each session they attend. How lucky are we to have found such an incredible local swim school and community!

We have been completely blown away by how good Koi Swim School is and couldn't recommend it more highly. Their calm, confidence-building approach has worked wonders for our child and I even refer to Justyna as the 'swimming whisperer'! She is a very talented swimming instructor with some incredible tips and tricks up her sleeve to get even the most nervous of children to feel confident in the water. We had a couple of failed attempts with other swim schools but the teachers at Koi are kind and patient and their approach delivers real results. We’ve tried a couple of local swim schools before, but KOI Swim School is on another level. The difference in quality is clear straight away — everything feels more structured, more professional, and still really family-friendly at the same time. Both of our sons attend and have come on massively, not just with their swimming ability but with their confidence in the water and socially as well. That’s largely down to Summer and Justyna — they’re fantastic teachers. They really take the time to get to know each child, which makes a huge difference. You can tell they genuinely care, and it shows in how comfortable and engaged the kids are in every lesson. Would happily recommend KOI to anyone — and already have.
