I tried.to contact customer service and after much computer babble I finally talked to a human in Leeds. Having asked me a number of security. questions he asked for a standing order cost which was for 23rd of march Sadly the statement I have goes up to 22nd of March, gave him the standing order for the previous month but this was refused by a computer after which he said he couldn't help me any more. I now find my banking security number has been locked and all I wanted to know was if my replacement credit card had been sent as it has not arrived after some lengthy period of time. This card was ordered via my local branch who are and always have been most helpful. Sadly it would appear that this is not always the case in other parts of your company, I shall follow this up with my branch who i am sure will it get sorted.

FRAUD CENTRE IN PHILIPPINES Can not speak clear English - read a script - don't listen to customers and speak to Premier customers if they are children. What a farce - 20 mins to verify, I moved my money to a third party forex provider for better rates and service as HSBC can not match anywhere near others

5* to the HSBC Canary Wharf Branch. Today I spoke with Tom O’Neill who absolutely clarified for me 2 issues that have been extremely stressful. I left with clarity and felt so supported. Thank you Tom for your professionalism, kindness, amazing expertise and taking the time to explain it to me in a way that I feel at ease now. HSBC employees have been amazing every time I needed their support. Highly appreciated and very well done!

Very helpful and friendly staff but there can be a very long wait time to speak to someone. They’d benefit from increasing the amount of staff available.
