    I don't understand why this branch gets so many poor reviews. I admit that I only ever use it in the morning, soon after it opens, on weekdays, to avoid the queues. But whenever I've been in - usually to pay in cheques as it's my most convenient branch - I've never waited more than 5-6 minutes and the staff have always been friendly and polite. Maybe they get harassed and less polite later in the day ? I don't know, but to me they've always been great. There's a bike parking spot across the road and the tube is 50 yards away.

    First things first this branch has a great layout inside, machines on the right and customer service/ cashiers on the left. Machines are easy to use not hard to use at all, the lines for the cashiers can get busy during lunch hours but that’s understandable. On the other hand the team members there are really unfriendly, I’ve used this branch twice and unfortunately their attitude toward me was unpleasant!
