As the Estate Manager for Ability Place, we recently experienced a leak originating from one of the flats managed by Life Residential. I contacted their team to inform them of the situation, and I was genuinely impressed by their response. Sophie, my main point of contact, was exceptional. Her communication was clear and prompt, and the repair was arranged swiftly and efficiently. While my position does not allow me to make formal referrals, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness shown by Life Residential, and I would certainly be happy to work with them again in the future.

I received fantastic service from my property manger (PM) Zoe Z. She was pleasant to work with and actually listened and took care of a long time lighting issue I was facing in my flat. I never felt ignored (unlike my the previous PM who always ghosted me and just didn’t care) I was always well informed of progress updates via mail. Check out was smooth and no chasing was needed. Zoe is an asset to the property management team at Life and I fully recommend her. You are in good hands if she is your PM. Thanks again!

Sophie is always quick to respond to any other inquiries or concerns, which has made my tenancy much less stressful. Recently changed our property agent to LiFE Residential and have been very satisfied with the services so far. Our property manager Zoe Z. has been extremely helpful and responsive to our request/help. We needed to replace the window frame and Zoe has been great in helping us arrange contractor and found one that is approved by the building management. Zoe has been very professional and dealt with matters with great efficiencies, and we are very lucky to have her as our account manager.

I have rented a house by the help of Life Residential. They were perfectly professional. When I leave; Leilani Drummey has helped me during the process. They organized the cleaning service etc. She was very helpful, although her replies a bit of late during the deposit refund process, she explained everthing and helped to me very friendly. I trusted to Life Residential, and will prefer to work again with them.
