I never get to experience the customer service here as I normally visit out of hours. One of the few branches that stays open 24 hours to allow you to withdraw and deposit with the minimum of fuss.

Close the bloody place down. First the automated machines don’t work. Then there’s 3 counters open but the workers just chitchatting and only one working and so pathetically slowly. Then there’s a crowd of staff welcoming you for absolutely no reason. Waited 20 minutes watching this pathetic drama. If the workers don’t want to work then sack them and find more.

Honestly I was really shocked after seeing the review since I had a lovely experience with the HSBC team. I had to update many documents urgently and didn't have time to but went before 1 minute of closing, however, the lovely gentleman named Joe really helped me alot and he was very kind thorough the whole process. He didn't rush me but patiently served me. I was kind of scared after seeing the reviews but my experience was very pleasant. Thank you Joe and the HSBC team!

I would rate this as worst customer service branch worldwide. Being a premier customer I expected high standard. I visited on my first day in UK unable to withdraw money and staff just yelling around we are closing and already served you. The guy with tatoo in the neck don't remember his name is total useless and not helpful at all.
