Elena and her team has been the most amazing accountant I never had to take care of my small business. I have been stressing out so much because of previous bad experience but Elena and Asra have been absolutely amazing and supportive. Genuinely the worst professional service work I have ever experienced. Having paid a considerable amount for some HMRC forms to be submitted last May 2023, in June 2024 I am still waiting for a professional update on why we have not hear back from HMRC. Elena and her team are unreachable - no number of calls or emails even gets a simple reply or acknowledgement. I understand that things can go wrong or there can be delays, but to not be willing to speak to your clients to explain what is going on is unacceptable. If there was an ombudsman to report this practice to I would!
