Stephanie and Sep are dynamic duo with a very supportive, knowledgable and responsive team and business. We spent close to 3 years looking for the perfect property in Miami. We were not always in constant contact, but when the opportunity arose, we would reach out to Stephanie and not matter how much time passed, she was always so professional, gracious and ready to bring us up to date on the listings that were the best match for us. Their website is an incredible resource as well, which gave us accurate and quick access to nearly any spec or stat we were curious about. This past Spring, we became proud owners of the perfect, waterfront property in the exact location we had been searching for and at a very competitive price point. As we are not from the area, many of the logistics leading up to the closing were handled on-site by Stephanie and her team - honestly we wouldn't have been able to make this closing happen had it not been for her and Sep's ability to adapt and accomodate the issues that came up as closing approached. After closing, Stephanie and Sep made numerous, very very good recommendations for everything from great places to dine, catch a drink or dance to what schools might be best suited for our high schoolers.
