Dorking Ducklings

We started at Dorking Ducklings when my daughter was just 8 weeks old and we’ve sadly come to the end of our journey a few weeks before her 4th birthday but we are leaving with a swimming child. My daughter’s confidence and ability in the water is a true testament to Sarah’s classes. She’s had ups and downs with behaviour and attitude with the water but Sarah’s classes make it easy to stick with and I’m so happy that my daughter will not have to worry about water wings on holiday. I cannot recommend Dorking Ducklings enough.

We did two terms of Dorking ducklings and my baby and I absolutely loved it. Sarah is an amazing teacher and was so good with my son and all the other babies. I would definitely recommend this class. It was great for bonding with my son and he is so great and confident in the water now. Thank you so much Sarah!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Dorking Ducklings! Sarah is absolutely amazing — kind, supportive, and really knows how to make the lessons fun and engaging. My daughter has grown so much in confidence and is now happily going underwater and swimming 5 metres independently! She’s formed a lovely bond with Sarah, which has made such a difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, confidence-building swimming lessons.

I would really recommend Sarah at Dorking Ducklings. I was a little worried at first as our son only started lessons for the first time at 3 years old. But after less than a year with Sarah, he loves the water, is so happy diving underwater and challenging himself to swim further and further. Sarah's classes are well structured, she is encouraging and she always has something fun up her sleeve. I am so pleased she has helped our children find their confidence in the water! Thank you!

We could not be more delighted with our experience with Sarah. Our son had been getting swimming lessons elsewhere but was not progressing. There was a large number of kids in the class, zero individual attention & was scared of the water. Dorking Ducklings could not have been further from this, in the water coaching, small group size & just so much fun. Sarah has an amazing talent. With her coaching, our son now adores water, adores swimming & has transformed in terms of confidence! Highly recommend

If I could give 100 stars, I would! The confidence that Sarah has given our 4 year old daughter in such a short period of time is just incredible. We are now off on holiday with the most confident little swimmer which is a great feeling. Sarah is the loveliest, patient and kind teacher, she makes learning to swim fun which I think a lot of other swimming teachers lack! I would recommend her over and over again!! 💗

Sarah is a fantastic teacher, with small class sizes. She builds trust with her pupils, slowly encouraging them to build confidence in the water. My daughter attended from four months to four years and can now swim independently, dive under water and most importantly have fun with the confidence that she’s safe in the water. Thank you Sarah for teaching such an important life skill!

Our son has been swimming with Sarah since he was a baby and we have seen him go from a little boy tentative about the water and petrified to put his head under the water to a child that adores the water and spends as much time in it and under it as he can. I have heard of a number of poor swimming classes in Dorking but Sarah has always made the pool a fun, friendly and supportive place while still encouraging children to push themselves. We now send our daughter to Sarah's class and she loves it as much as her brother.
