I had the absolute BEST experience with Shirley R! From the moment I arrived , she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. I occasionally stop through Marion to handle business.I always enjoy having Ms. Jessica as my bank teller. She always greets me with a smile,provides friendly quick and very accurate customer service. Jessica is very knowledgeable in the world of banking. Ms. Shirley, provided an absolutely outstanding experience that far exceeded typical drive-thru expectations. She demonstrated exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The interaction was not just fast, but highly personal and left a lasting positive impression, making me feel valued as a customer. In a drive-thru setting, it’s easy for service to feel transactional and impersonal. This employee managed to be both extremely fast and exceptionally friendly, a difficult balance to achieve. She is a tremendous asset to the Marion branch.

I have had a wonderful experience with Marion Bank. Ms. Givhan and the staff do all they can to ensure that our needs are met. There was an occasion when someone attempted to obtain information without my knowledge. I was quickly notified and measures put in place to prevent fraudulent transactions. I rest easy knowing that if any security issues arise that I will be contacted immediately. I can’t say enough about how helpful Shanna and Lisa have been to me since we moved to Marion. Everyone is very friendly each time I go in and always helpful. I’m thankful we have a branch in Marion that makes you feel comfortable.
