I had the most wonderful costimer service ever the lady at the teller desk on 8/22/2025. I lost her card with her name but she was amazing she went above and beyond to help me get my account correct and got me my money back with what she knew. I have never had customer service like I did that day she was so calming with me because I was so stressed out. She listened to my issue and my other issues…she is so wonderful and delight to have help me.

This feedback is meant to address compliments to Shasta, the Auburn Branch teller who went above and beyond in understanding our needs during our visit on May 23, 2025. I praise her customer service skills, and knowledge of her duties. Our expectations were far exceeded by Shasta's actions. I urge the branch manager to include this feedback with compliments to her employee folder for recognition and more.

As a student at Auburn University, I relied heavily on the 24-hour Chase ATM on campus for my banking needs. The recent reduction in operating hours closing at 5 PM on weekdays, 1 PM on Saturdays, and closed entirely on Sundays has been a significant inconvenience for many students. With no other Chase branches or ATMs within 70 miles, students like myself are left without accessible banking options outside these limited hours. This change does not reflect the needs of the student community, and I urge Chase to reconsider and restore the original 24-hour access to better serve its customers.

I’m so excited to be a part of the chase bank family! Man they are so professional my whole experience was great! Arcacia was so nice and professional! She handled all my banking needs and answered all of my questions! Make sure you see and ask for her!

We can't reach the ATMs unless it's business hours. What kind of service is this? If they had ATMs outside, they could cut off access to get inside, but I'm a customer of this bank and I can't do any transactions on the weekends or outside of business hours. I'll close my accounts as soon as possible and work with another bank!

Worst banking experience ever. Every time I deposited a check, whether in person, online or in the lobby at the kiosk, they put a hold on it for seven-fourteen days. I’ve never had that issue with Regions. When I went into the bank to question it, they could never give me a straight answer about it. I even verified that funds had already been released by the bank on which the checks were drawn. And when you call the branch, you are disconnected without being able to speak to anyone. Thankfully, this was just an extra account I had, but the fact that they held funds for so long and so many times, I finally just closed the account. I would never refer anyone to Chase for banking.
