Honestly, most of the employees I have dealt with always have a nasty attitude and act like they do not want to help you. They will do everything BUT try to help you - and make you feel like a nuisance even though nothing is going on inside of the bank. The deposit feature has been down and they have no ETA when it will be up which is beyond annoying. The new bank in Andalusia has no drive thru even though they have cars parked inside of it- seriously?! Wouldn’t recommend unless you are someone who is popular in this small town. I will be moving my business elsewhere. Wells Fargo even has better customer service.

They could drop that $3 fee they charge every month for providing a billing statement which is part of their job. I'm tired of their mistakes.... well as of a week ago I became my own payee for my ssdi. I have been thinking of closing down this account and open a new account in regions Bank. Ccb has left a foul taste in my mouth since 2013. After much thought and finding out they aided my ex to still more the 27000.00 and not want to give me documents since the opening of the check account I have decided to go to Wells Fargo. My ex was my payee buts I present a paper I am my own payee then all rules are thrown out bc you work for me not him. Thanks Johnathon for making my decision in this. Timothy Sales

Have been a customer of CCB for over 15 years and have always had top notch service. Even after moving to Birmingham still continue to bank with CCB. They know how to take care of their customers!!!

Piss poor customer service if your not a member I guess. Delt with LeAnn and Debra Bush. I am purchasing a truck and trailer from a member. I spoke with Debra who said she would call me as soon as the wire transfer came to them so I could ask the finance dept when they would release the lien so we could transfer the title since i took off this afternoon. Well my finance company called at 1219pm and said they were sending it then. I waited to hear from CCB. After an hour and a halfi called and was transfered to Leann in the loan dept who told me that Debra had brought the wire transfer to them an hour ago. I then asked about releasing the lien and she said she didn't know anything about it that Steve Frasher would do it when he got back in and she would call me. I asked when he was expected back and I was told he doesn't answer to anyone so he comes and goes as he pleases so she didn't know. Well another two hours later I finally get a call from Debra saying the transfer was in. Finally at 455pm after the tag office was closed LeAnn calls and says the ladies next door have released the lein.. Wonder why they couldn't do it 4 hours earlier so things could have gotten done? They definitely aren't in a rush to help anyone. I also left Steve a message that was never returned.
